Our Village & Country Homes division has been specifically designed to offer our clients a marketing package that was thought in the past could only be offered by using the services of more corporate, but less localised estate agents.

This individually tailored package includes us instructing on your behalf brochure package specialists EHouse, who will liaise with you to carry out a professional photography shoot of your home including elevated views, a detailed floor plan and virtual tour. A four-six-page colour laminated brochure will then be custom designed to produce a property brochure of stunning quality.

A bespoke marketing strategy will then commence with your property presented either as an editorial feature or alongside similar properties in several glossy property publications including the likes of Wykeham Life and Society to name but two, plus a half-page advert in the Hampshire Chronicle devoted entirely to your home.

Our internal software system will also automatically notify our partners in the Homesale Network that your property is available for sale.

Continuity and communication is also a key area, and therefore from the start of marketing to the final move an appointed director will look after your individual requirements and the overall property transaction.
