His vision and intrinsic understanding of the property industry has seen him win five national awards - three of them consecutively.
Before launching Whitehorn, Andy was overseeing a geographical area from Portsmouth to Poole before again being promoted to supervising nine branches and 60 staff.
Born in the Bishops Waltham area, Andy still lives locally with his wife and three children.
