With over 20 years in the business Andy certainly knows about property and about people. He spent the majority of his estate agency career with the country’s largest corporate estate agency chain and as regional manager was responsible for nine branches across the southern region.

His experience coupled with the targets his offices hit and exceeded won him five national awards to which all add to the fact that when dealing with him you can be assured that he will get the job done.

Andy lives locally with his wife and three children.

As one of the founder members of a successful local estate agency group which had offices in Winchester, Romsey, Chandlers Ford, Southampton and Eastleigh and was subsequently then sold to a larger chain he was then keen to return to frontline estate agency. The opportunity to put into practice his vast experience and to develop a new and exciting company was an easy decision to make.

Having known both Steve and Andy for many years not only was the move a natural progression but one that would enable the company to deliver even higher levels of service and performance, ensuring the company is both enterprising and technically at the very forefront of modern day estate agency.

Jason lives locally with his wife Kate.

Steve’s instinctive knowledge of the industry has seen himprogress through a a number of agencies,including Black Horse where he achieved record number of sales for four successive years before moving to the company’s flagship office in Southampton.

His ambition and experience saw set up his own development company in 1997 which by 2004 was recognised for designing and building many landmark developments in the area.When the opportunity arose to develop a new,innovative company that would be renowned for dealing in quality homes with both Andy and Jason his passion for a challenge made the decision an easy one.

Steve lives locally with his wife Louise and two children.

Property expert Glyn Richards joins the Whitehorn & Guard team as associate director, bringing with him more than 23 years’ industry experience.

Glyn, aged 40, has a wealth of experience in providing both strategic property advice and guidance and frontline sales support. He has worked for various leading estate agents in Hampshire, with recent roles as East Hampshire area manager for a large corporate, land and new homes director.

Glyn said: "I am delighted to have joined such a dynamic and forward thinking team. I have worked in the industry for more than 20 years and it is so refreshing to be part of a business which is pulling in the same direction to achieve a common goal."

With over 10 years of corporate agency experience Michelle provides major support in the marketing area of our business. She constantly looks for new marketing ideas and at new technology within the industry and provides analysis as to how the company can continually stay ahead of its competitors.

In addition Michelle also deals with clients and works closely with both kate and Donna in servicing the database.

Married to Andy and with three children Michelle has been with the company from the very start.

Having worked in the industry for over 15 years, most of which was spent with a large corporate in Southampton Sarah certainly has experience. Previous roles have included new homes sales,head of administration and negociator.

Her responsibilities include organising the Directors diary’s (a very tough job!) as well as handling all aspects of administration she works on the design side of the property details and is involved on the marketing side of the business.

Sarah has lived most of her life in Bishops Waltham however now lives in Brambridge with her partner and daughter.

When we first opened the office one person we were very keen to get on board was Emma.She not only has many years experience working as a sales manager for an independant estate agent with offices stretching from Park Gate to Portsmouth she also has a reputation for being a great problem solver.

Emma is our sales coordinator and with her property acumen coupled with her way with people this makes her the perfect person to make sure that things run smoothly once a sale has been agreed.

She lives in Shedfield with her husband and two children.

Kate has been with the company since the very start. Having previously worked for two well known Independent Estate Agents on both the sales and lettings side she has an intricate knowledge of the business.

She has an involvement in every aspect of the day-to day running of the business and primarily is responsible for the client database and also oversees and monitors the software system.

Kate lives locally and is married to Jason and is very much the 'heartbeat' of the office.

Donna is originally from Scotland and has worked in sales for several years.One of her main attributes is that anyone will soon feel at ease in her company,something we feel is of the upmost importance.

She is also involved in writing editorial for several property publications we use and working on our marketing schedule throughout the year.She works every Saturday as well as quite often involved in ongoing work throughout the week,she’s always there to help and a real asset to the team.

Donna lives in Swanmore with her husband and two children.
